    1. How to register/login?

    Click on the main menu, click on the register/login option and submit your email id with password. Now click register/login. An email will be sent to your registered email id requesting you to activate your account. Click on the link given in the email. Your account is activate now

    1. How can I change my password?

    Go to the “View Account” at the top right of the website (any region). From here select account details and submit your new password. Click update details. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email id  declaring your password has been changed.

    1. How do I update my account or delivery information?

    You can update your contact details or delivery address by logging in with qubyk marketplace. Go to the “View Account” at the top right of the website (any region). From here select account details and submit your new details. Click update details.

    1. I'm having trouble logging in with your site

    1. How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from the Newsletter / Email?

    If you do not want to get any email updates from us, you can open any email you received from us and click on unsubscribe.

    1. How do I change or update my email or phone number?

    Login to your account with us and go to the “View Account” at the top right (any region). From here select account details and submit your email or phone number Click update details.     1. What's my order status?

    You can check your order status by going to the account details under “View Account” and select the order for which you want to check the status.

    1. How do I track my orders?

    You can track your order as soon as it is shipped out. To know the status of your item real time, just tap on the tracking link in the email sent to you. Alternatively, you can also login to your qubyk account and visit the ‘View Account' section to know your order status.

    1. How do I provide feedback?

    You can rate a product or leave a review on the website depending upon the experience you have with your purchase. 

    1. Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

    Once you’ve confirmed your order, your items will be on their way to dispatch. This means cancellations aren’t possible. However, once you’ve received your order, you can return it or place a new one.

    1. I can't find my address

    At the time of shopping, please check if your pin code is covered by our Logistics Partner. If not, we would request you to provide an alternate shipping address.

    1. How can I cancel my order?

    You can always cancel the order before it has been packed and can place a new order. Don't worry, there are no cancellation charges.

    Go to the ‘View Account’ and select the recent order you just placed. Click on cancel order.

    1. How do I find my order history/invoice?

    We ship all packages with an invoice that can be found along with the product. If after receiving the package, you need another invoice, give us a buzz and we'll email you a soft copy.
