In a small bowl add 2 teaspoons for a face mask or 3 for neck as well avoiding the eye area. 3. Add 1 teaspoon of warm water or a little more until mixed into a smooth paste. 4. Apply with brush or fingers avoiding eyes and mouth. 5. Leave dry for 30 minutes then wash off with lots of warm water and a face cloth. 6. Apply moisturiser. 7. Use 3 times per week for best results.
